This christmas pudding is one not to be missed!  Created by sophie this recipe has been tried and tested on friends and family for quite some time.
 
Dried Figs are soaked in local beer, free range eggs and locally ground flour all help contribute to this wonderful product.
 
Size 1 lb - feeds 2-3
