Event Catering is one of my favorite parts of my business. I’m quite happy creating anything from a cosy dinner for two to organising the kitchens and running the floor for Hunt Balls and Weddings with anything up to 200 guests.

My family have farmed in the area for hundreds of years so my local connections come in very useful when unique venues or alternative suppliers are requested. And yet my years spent in hospitality around the world have given me an insight and understanding into many cultures and local traditions. One day I shall write a cook book, which will include the wonderful recipes from many kind and generous hosts around the world; but not quite yet, I would have to knock the dust off my passport first, but my travels would all be in the name of research for my customers!
